Michael J. Baldauff, Jr. is a partner with Hope Baldauff Hartman, LLC in Atlanta. Michael practices general intellectual property law with experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications as well as non-infringement opinions and litigation support. His prosecution practice areas include the mechanical and computer arts. Michael received his law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law, cum laude, and a Bachelor's of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida.

Prior to attending law school, Michael worked as a Facilities/Project engineer for ConAgra Foods, Inc. Michael gained hands-on technical experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he led mechanics, electricians, and avionic systems specialists in troubleshooting and maintaining F-15 aircraft.

Michael is licensed to practice in Georgia and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
