W. Randy King holds a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Certificate in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Randy also spent nearly 15 years as a consultant in the computing field with Andersen Consulting and his own consulting business, Randall Technology Group, Inc.

Randy obtained his law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
