Adam J. Citrin
Adam is an associate with Hope Baldauff Hartman, LLC. Adam has prosecuted patents in a variety of fields, including defense technologies, electrical devices, mechanical devices and systems, medical devices, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals packaging, software and business methods, and telecommunications. Adam also has pursued and secured copyright and trademark protection, prepared intellectual property agreements, and drafted intellectual property opinions for clients in various industries.

Adam is a published author (Are the Secrecy Order Compensation Provisions of the Patent Act Constitutional Under the Fifth Amendment?, 1 Akron Intell. Prop. Journal 275 (2007)), a past-editor for the University of Akron School of Law Intellectual Property Journal, and has presented at continuing legal education programs on patent appeal strategy and procedure and on intellectual property law in the United States.

Adam is an active member of the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) and currently serves on the IPO’s Patent Office Practice (U.S.) Committee.

Adam obtained his law degree and a certificate in intellectual property from the University of Akron School of Law. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Minor in English from North Carolina State University. Adam is a registered patent attorney and a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
